Safe Mode

Problem:
When safe mode is enabled on the web server users have been getting timezone errors.
- This isssue is cause by the PEAR library Date/TimeZone.php

Possible Solution (recommended):
Add this line or have your system administrator add this line to your php.ini file.
safe_mode_allowed_env_vars = TZ
